A certified public accountant and a founding member of Grana & Teibel, Mr. Grana has been substantially involved with the financing, business structuring and accounting for Medwrap Corp and its affiliates. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in accounting from Ohio Northern University (1977). Mr. Grana is licensed to practice as a certified public accountant in New York and Florida.

A co-inventor of the IWD with Microban® protection, Dr. Dobos is a practicing dentist and has served as Team Dentist for the Buffalo Destroyers Arena Football Team, the Buffalo Blizzard Indoor Soccer Team and the Buffalo Stallions Indoor Soccer Team. Dr. Dobos has also served on the US-China Exchange Commision for a medical mission to China in 1987 and as Chief of Dental Surgery for Habitat for Humanity on a medical mission to Puno, Peru in 1996. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Canisius College (1975), a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dentistry (1979).

A co-inventor of the IWD with Microban® protection, Mr. Mabry is the President and owner of Flexo Transparent, Inc., a Buffalo, New York custom printer that converts and manufactures packaging materials for grocery and other retail lines. Mr. Mabry has been responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing of the IWD with Microban® protection, including the identification of qualified contract manufacturers and negotiation of arrangements with them. He has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Administration from General Motors Institute (1974) and an MBA from Ohio State University (1979). Prior to acquiring Flexo Transparent in 1987, Mr. Mabry was the President and General Manager of Edlon Products in Avondale, PA, a Standard Oil of Ohio company.

A lawyer and founding member of Blair & Roach, LLP, a Western New York law firm. Mr. Roach has been substanially involved with the patenting, licensing and regulatory approvals for the IWD with Microban® protection. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Canisius College (1973) and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School (1976) and is a member of the New York and Florida Bars.
